From the South to the North 12 Days

By the time you arrive in Ho Chi Minh city, our guide and driver will be ready to take you to your hotel. Check in at 2:00 pm. Be at your leisure for the rest of the day.

Today, we will have a full day sightseeing the tranquil Mekong Delta in Ben Tre province. The route starts from Ho Chi Minh city takes 2.5 – 3 hours on a private vehicle to the destination. When we arrive, we will embark at Phong Nam pier and cruise on Chet Say river – a tributary of Mekong River. While sailing, enjoy the rustic local life and photogenic scenery of the Delta. Later, we will stop to experience the indigenous’ daily routine and their handicraft workshops of coconut charcoal, other coconut products and mat weaving.

After that, let’s visit a lovely village near the area. Tourists can choose to be transferred on “xe loi” (motorized trishaw) or riding slow on the bicycle through vast paddies and lush vegetation. Lunch with local cuisine is served at a local house.

In the afternoon, we will again travel around by boat. Contemplate the beautiful scenery along the canal before ending the day tour. Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Dinner on your account. Stay through night at the hotel. 

In the morning, we will start the trip to the historical heritage of Vietnam: Cu Chi Tunnel. The tunnel is incredible with the length of over 250 kilometers and has many branches with different entrances. During the war against the American, the Vietnamese soldiers built the tunnel with multiple functions, it is their shelters, their home, communication routes, meetings, hospital, and weapons storage. Since many routes are considered as dangerous and being too narrow to enter, tourists are only allowed to access safe tunnels. This is the chance for you to experience part of the difficulties that the Vietnamese soldiers had gone through.

In the morning, you will be taken (no guide) to the airport for a flight to Danang. By the time you arrive, our driver will be ready to take you to your hotel in Hoian for checking in.

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before joining the bustling market in the morning. With the guidance of our local guide, you will have a good time sightseeing around the local markets of Hoian, where is the hub of local products. This is also an opportunity to learn how to bargain.

Next, we will head to Bay Mau nipa palm forest to experience floating on a coracle. Feast your eyes with the scenic views and enjoy to the sound of nature when paddling through the mangrove forest. During the trip, you will also receive some cute souvenirs made of palm leaf like rings, hats or watches. 

Later, enjoy the time taking part in an exciting local folk game of “bit mat dap nieu". After that, have a cup of local tea while the cooking class is arranged. The chefs will give you instruction to make savory Vietnamese dishes. Then, have yourself the lunch of your own effort.

After that, flowing slowly on the mellow Thu Bon river and chill out while observing the local life, tranquil view, and the ancient buildings alongside the river.

Travel back to your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Hoian.

Start the day with a 3-hour drive on coach to Hue. On the way, admire the breathtaking view of Hai Van Pass and the stunning natural views of the coastlines of Vietnam. Upon your arrival, check-in at the hotel.

Our first destination of the day tour is the amazing garden house, which was built exactly like the geomancy’s rules. Feel the fresh ambience before visiting Hue Imperial Citadel, which was nicely set on the Perfume river’s bank.

Then, enjoy the trip on sampan boat for the excursion along the Perfume river. Stop by Thien Mu pagoda – the important religious spot.

Proceeding your sightseeing tour to the two great Emperor tombs: Tu Duc and Minh Mang.

Return to Hue city. Meals on your own. Stay through night at the hotel.

Transfer to the airport for a flight to Hanoi (without guide). By the time you arrive, our local guide will take you to your hotel for check-in.

Lunch and dinner on your account. Overnight at the hotel.

We will start the trip to the world natural wonder after you finished your breakfast. Halong Bay is honored to be a UNESCO World Heritage site by owning breathtaking landscapes of hundred lime stones that scattered in immense space of sea.

En-route, we will pass through mesmerizing paddy fields and magnificent mountain ranges of the Red River Delta to arrive at our set destination - the Gulf of Tonkin where Halong Bay is located. As soon as you arrive, a tender will take you to the Junk Boat to check in. Lunch provided on board.

In the afternoon, you will be taken to visit some notable cave in Halong Bay, which stalactites and stalagmites formed magnificently inside. Then, the ship will stop at a scenic area for tourists to relax and swim in the cool and fresh water. Furthermore, kayaking also available and provides for you best chance to contemplate the tranquility of the site around.

We will drop the anchor and stay overnight on board. Enjoy your delicious dinner and an array of interesting activities onboard.

Early in the morning, stay on deck to feel the fresh ambience and enjoy the splendid dawn over the bay. After that, have your breakfast on board when cruising to other destinations. About noon, after tasty lunch on board, we will disembark at the port and move on the vehicle to Hanoi.

Depart for the nature-richness province of Ninh Binh in the morning, which is 110 kms away and takes about 2 hours to arrive. Then, find yourself in Van Long Nature Reverse – a magnificent setting in the movie - Kong: Skull Island. Join in a fascinating trip on a rowboat and enjoy the splendid view of vast paddies and lime stone mountains.

Following next is Gia Hung village where to kick off an interesting bike tour along the dike of Boi river (8 km) contemplating the genuine countryside.

Later, have a delicious lunch with friendly locals in Nho Quan village. Afterwards, prepare for a visit to Hoa Lu ancient capital, admire the thrilling history of the country, and the history of Dinh and Le dynasty that dated back to the 10th century.

Return to Hanoi. Dinner on your own. Stay through night at the hotel.

Enjoy the last day and buy some unique souvenirs to bring back to your hometown. After that, you will be taken to the airport for your departure flight (without guide). Meals on your account. End of tour service!
